VA Mortgage Loan Checklist
National Bank Of Kansas City will need the following information for all loan applicants to start the VA loan process.
- Street addresses where you've been living for the past two years
- Names and addresses of your employers over the past two years
- Your current pre-tax monthly salary
- Names, account numbers and balances on all liquid asset accounts (checking, savings, money markets, IRA's, etc.)
- Addresses and loan information of any other real estate owned
- Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214 (if no longer active duty)
- W2 statements for the past two years
- Past month's paycheck stubs
- The last two federal tax returns (self-employed only)
- Service related disability information (if applicable)
